Worcester City Women FC join the ‘Three Day Canoe Trek’

Some fantastic news to start the week…

Our amazing partner, Worcester City Women FC, are taking part in our ‘Three Day Canoe Trek’ and raising money for New College Worcester.

“Worcester City Women FC are proud to support our official partners, New College Worcester, in raising funds for a fantastic school.

The event will see some of our first team players and coaching staff take to the water to participate in the 86 mile canoe trip starting at Welshpool and finishing in the heart of Worcester, at New Road.

It will be a physical and mental challenge as the team takes to the water to help raise awareness and money to provide as much opportunity to students who are either blind or visually impaired.

We are very excited as a club to be part of this challenge and see it is a chance for team bonding to occur as we look to prepare for the 22/23 season. We are proud to be partnered with an incredible institution and look forward to getting out on the water.”

We are very grateful for their support. You can follow their fundraising journey and canoeing adventure by clicking here.
