The documentary was filmed with visually impaired viewers very much in mind, featuring a running narration throughout. As a result, only a small amount of additional audio description was required, and the BBC agreed to let Eleanor record the audio description herself. This means that viewers who switch on audio description will hear additional content narrated by Eleanor, adding an extra personal dimension to the programme.
