Communication with parents and carers is always a top priority for NCW. There are many channels of information sharing and this policy outlines the processes, expectations and guidelines for communication between NCW and parents and carers. NCW is a complex organisation communication from and to a diverse range of audiences.

Our Parent Portal is a secure web area which hosts a vast amount of information which is just for parents and carers, including diary dates, information about key staff and what to expect when your young person starts attending NCW.

You can log in using your email address that we use for you at NCW and your password. If you have forgotten your password you can re-set it and the system will automatically send you a new one.
