Term Starts:
ALL STAFF: Staff Training Days Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th September 2023
NEW STUDENTS, YEAR 12, NOMINATED STUDENT BUDDIES AND HEAD STUDENTS: Induction – arrive 11.30am on Tuesday 5th September
ALL OTHER STUDENTS: Travel Day In for all students – Wednesday 6th September (arrive from 4pm)
Home Weekend: Friday 29th September (students leave at 1pm) return to college on Sunday 1st October (from 4pm).
Half Term: Travel Day Out – Wednesday 25th October (students leave at 1pm) – Travel Day In Monday 6th November (after 4pm) (external exams taking place)
Home Weekend: Friday 24th November (students leave at 1pm) return to college on Sunday 26th November (from 4pm).
Term Ends: Travel Day Out – Friday 22nd December. Christmas Activities in the morning and Christmas Concert in the afternoon – students should leave between 2.30pm-3pm, after the Concert.
SPRING TERM 2024
Term Starts:
Travel Day In – Monday 8th January (after 4pm)
Home Weekend: Friday 19th January (students leave at 1pm) return to college on Sunday 21st January (from 4pm).
Half Term: Travel Day Out – Friday 9th February (students leave at 1pm) – Travel Day In – Monday 19 February (after 4pm)
Home Weekend: Friday 1st March (students leave at 1pm) return to college on Sunday 3rd March (from 4pm).
Term Ends: Travel Day Out – Wednesday 20th March (students leave at 1pm)
SUMMER TERM 2024
Term Starts: Travel Day In – Monday 8 April (after 4pm)
Home Weekend: Friday 26 April (students leave at 1pm) return to college on Sunday 28 April (from 4pm).
May Day: Monday 6th May (This is a normal college day and Family Day)
Half Term: Travel Day Out Friday 24th May – (students leave at 1pm) – Travel Day In – Monday 3rd June (after 4pm) (PLEASE NOTE: SOME EXTERNAL EXAMS WILL BE TAKING PLACE ON THESE DAYS)
Home Weekend: Friday 21st June (students leave at 1pm) return to college on Sunday 23rd June (from 4pm).
Celebration Day: Saturday 29th June – (This is a normal College day, as such student attendance is compulsory and we will be delighted if all parents/carers also attend. End of year for Year 11 and Year 13 students)
Term Ends: Travel Day Out – Wednesday 17th July, students should be collected between 1.00pm – 1.30pm, after final assembly
