NCW Singers Hit the Right Note with Exam Results

There was plenty to celebrate recently at New College Worcester as students received the results of their singing examinations, achieving an outstanding set of results across both Popular Music and Musical Theatre.

Continuing NCW’s long-standing tradition of nurturing talented young performers, our blind and vision impaired students achieved an impressive range of results from Pass to Merit, with grades spanning Grade 1 to Grade 6. These fantastic outcomes are a testament to the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm shown by each student throughout their preparation and performances.

Music plays a vital role in life at NCW, providing opportunities for students to develop confidence, creativity and self-expression. Whether performing contemporary popular music or bringing the magic of musical theatre to life, our students continue to demonstrate exceptional commitment to their craft. Their success highlights the wealth of musical talent within the blind and vision impaired community and demonstrates what can be achieved with determination, passion and the right support.
