Discover Sixth Form at NCW During Our Open Week – November 2025

We are thrilled to welcome prospective families to NCW during our Sixth Form Open Week in November 2025! This is a unique opportunity to experience a typical school day and see first hand the incredible opportunities that make our school community so special.

Our Open Week is designed to provide each visiting family with a personalised experience that highlights our expertise in Vision Impairment education. You’ll gain valuable insights into how we create a nurturing, inclusive and empowering environment for our students.

Your Visit Will Include:

• A Guided Campus Tour – Explore our state-of-the-art facilities and discover how our environment is tailored to meet the needs of students with vision impairments.
• One-on-One Time with Mrs Smith/Mrs Harris – Our School Liaison Officers will be available to answer your questions and explain the specialised support and resources we provide. Mrs Smith and Mrs Harris can also guide you through the funding process.  
• Lunch in the Dining Room – Enjoy the warm and welcoming atmosphere shared by our students and staff.
• A 20-Minute Chat with Leadership – Meet with Steve Farr (Vice Principal) or a member of the Senior Leadership Team to learn about our vision, expertise and commitment to Vision Impairment education.
• “Meet the Students” Session – Hear directly from our students about their experiences and what makes NCW truly exceptional.

This comprehensive itinerary is designed to give you an authentic glimpse into our school’s vibrant community and our specialised approach to Vision Impairment education. It’s a chance to see why NCW stands out and why our students and families are so proud to be part of it.
