Run the Iconic London Marathon in 2021 for New College Worcester!
The much anticipated Virgin Money London Marathon will take place on Sunday 3rd October 2021.
You could join thousands of runners taking part, raising vital funds for charities who have lost an incredible amount of income due to the Covid-19 virus.
There are two opportunities to run the Marathon in support of NCW;
Firstly, the public ballot for the 2021 London Marathon will open to all on Sunday 4th October and will close at 17:00 on Friday 9th. To apply for a ballot place click this link. The results will be announced early January 2021.
If you are successful in the ballot – Congratulations! – We hope you will continue to support NCW by raising as much sponsorship as you can. We will provide sponsor forms and NCW branded items and will help you all the way!
Secondly, we have been lucky to be able to purchase a Gold Bond (charity) place. To give all hopefuls a chance, we have put in place an application process. Please visit our website to download the application form.
Please complete the form with as much detail as you can. We will make our decisions based on the information provided and aim to release the results as soon after the official ballot places have been announced. The successful applicant will be asked to pledge to raise £2,500 for New College Worcester.
Don’t forget to let us know the outcome of your ballot results. If you are unsuccessful, all is not lost! We will include your application form in our selection process.
A member of the Fundraising Team will be in touch by the end of January 2021 with the results.
