Supporting Learners with a Vision Impairment during COVID-19: Access to Learning – Learning to Access

A FREE online sessions with some of our Heads of Departments.

Much of this will be Q&A, with the opportunity to ask questions in advance. Please email questions or advise particular areas of interest to [email protected] 

The format of the day will be:

10am -11am: Session 1:

Physical Activity and Physical Education – staying safe and staying active

11.30am – 12.30pm: Session 2:

VI Skills: Braille and Mobility, including Apps

1.15pm-2pm: Session 3:

Curriculum subject session 1 – Science, Music

2.15pm – 3pm: Session 4:

Curriculum subjects session 2 – MFL, Maths, English and Humanities

Delegates can choose to select the parts of the day they wish to attend or attend all four sessions.

The sessions will take place via the Video Conferencing platform Google Meet. A link will be send out on Tuesday 23rd June to access the sessions.

We would welcome questions on particular topics in advance but there will also be the opportunity to ask questions throughout, via the ‘Chat’ function of Meet.
