NCW student Tom has been playing with Old Elizabethans Worcestershire (OE), a local VI cricket team, for this season and has ignited a real passion for the game.

As with every year, the long awaited approach to exam results day is filled with mixed emotions. Once again however, NCW have been delighted with some fabulous results which are a true testament to the determination of our hardworking students!

This term saw the election of a new Senior Student Team (SST) ready for the new academic year in September, which will be headed up by newly elected Head Girl, Paige and Head Boy, Harvey!

Last weekend (Friday 28 June to Sunday 30 June), the Great Britain under 23 Men’s Goalball Team flew to Finland to compete at the European Para Youth Games (EPYG)!

A group of keen-reading Year 9 students were lucky enough to be invited to the annual CILIP Carnegie and Kate Greenaway Book Awards on Tuesday 18 June!

As part of the EU-funded Erasmus project NCW is involved in with schools from five other countries in Europe, some KS3 students have experienced the life and rich culture of Romania and Bulgaria.

A group of excited Year 9 students eagerly packed their bags and were whisked off to Aberdovey for 5 days of action-packed residential fun!
